Job description
The Education Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the training programs and provide formal training for all ADT and Scheduling staff within the organization (both for the department and externally), This staff member will also ensure that the staff exemplify the highest quality of patient care and responsiveness, and providing excellent customer service to patients and families.
Additionally, the Education Coordinator is responsible for assisting physicians, patients, visitors, and hospital staff with their needs as they relate to the functions of the department.
