• Food Service, Job Purpose:
• The Cook 2 position at ZTV-ECI is responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and standards, ensuring high-quality food service. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations, and collaborating with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals following standardized recipes and menus, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Assist in the inventory management of kitchen supplies, including ordering and stocking ingredients as needed.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
• Monitor food preparation and cooking times to ensure timely service during meal periods.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their culinary skills.
• Participate in regular kitchen meetings to discuss menu planning, food preparation techniques, and service improvements.Qualifications: Required Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent. Culinary arts training or certification is preferred. Required Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting.
• Proven track record of working in high-volume catering environments.
• Experience in preparing a variety of cuisines with a focus on quality and presentation.
