• Food Service, Job Purpose:
• The Rations Clerk at Educational Catering Inc is responsible for managing and coordinating the distribution of food supplies to ensure efficient catering services within educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory and food supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of rations.
• Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or excess.
• Assist in planning menus and ensuring compliance with nutritional standards.
• Prepare reports on food usage and inventory status for management review.Qualifications: Required Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent Required Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in inventory management or food service
• Experience in a catering or educational environment preferred Required Skills and Abilities:
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
