Business Support Executive

Job Description Based on info in data lake, support management team to prepare monthly reports covering transactional data – including structuring of the report to provide insights Collect and validate data from business partners across the region. Ensuring data quality and the alignment to report via internal dashboards Coordinate between internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely notarization and legalization of documents Support local management on administration in financial product solutions, towards specific sales opportunities Perform administrative and data entry tasks along company data setup requirements, in coordination with teammates across the region Participate in special projects across the region, supporting management teams to draft detailed reports for both internal and external stakeholders Support the management team with ad-hoc tasks Work Experience & Qualification Diploma in a quantitative field Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in data administration and management.

Prior experience of working in a data driven environment Familiar with manufacturing, sales & marketing, distribution and logistics operations. Ability to identify patterns and understand data trends Experience with Advanced Excel is a plus but not mandatory Fluent in English. Experience in Healthcare industry is an added advantage.
