Recruiter

The Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting activities for hourly and salaried positions across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers and Human Resources to understand staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, identify and engage qualified candidates, and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The Recruiter will support a variety of positions, including hourly manufacturing and skilled-trades roles as well as professional, technical, and salaried positions. This is a hands-on, onsite role requiring a strong sense of urgency, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
