Distribution Center Manager

The Distribution Center Supervisor/Manager is responsible for leading all Distribution Center operations, including the safe and efficient loading, unloading, storage, and shipment of finished goods. This position oversees inventory management, workforce scheduling, safety compliance, equipment maintenance, quality assurance, and customer service while leading an hourly union workforce. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence through strong leadership, effective communication, continuous improvement initiatives, and a commitment to safety, service, and efficiency.
