The E-Commerce Supervisor is responsible for overseeing online sales operations across multiple brands and platforms. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing a team of e-commerce specialists, optimizing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of online stores.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor e-commerce sales performance across multiple brands to achieve revenue targets and support overall business growth. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of e-commerce specialists, ensuring clear task assignments, performance monitoring, and professional development. Ensure cost-efficient operations by optimizing budget allocation and controlling operational expenses.
Oversee the execution of strategic digital advertising campaigns and optimize product listings to maximize online visibility and return on investment (ROI). Track, analyze, and report key e-commerce performance metrics to evaluate store performance and support data-driven decision-making. Utilize marketing tools and analytics platforms to improve customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and timely replenishment aligned with sales demand. Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to align campaigns, promotions, and logistics with business objectives.
Identify and implement new e-commerce strategies such as affiliate marketing, live selling, and other innovative online sales initiatives. Plan, set up, and manage live selling activities, including content planning, scheduling, and coordination with brand marketing strategies. Analyze sales and marketing data to generate insights, develop strategies, and implement action plans for continuous performance improvement.
Develop platform-specific strategies and promotions tailored to each brand’s target audience while maintaining operational consistency.
Requirements
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or any related field. At least 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within the retail, fashion, apparel, or lifestyle industry. Experience in supervising or leading a small team is an advantage. Strong knowledge of online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, Tik.
Tok Shop, or similar e-commerce platforms. Familiarity with digital advertising, product listing optimization, and e-commerce analytics tools. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Data-driven with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer collaborations, and live selling strategies is an advantage. Working Conditions Fast-paced e-commerce environment with dynamic market demands. Frequent collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams. May require extended working hours during major campaigns, sales events, or peak seasons.
