Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and facilitate engaging recreational activities and entertainment for residents on weekends
• Foster a warm, welcoming environment that feels like home and promotes social interaction
• Motivate and inspire residents to participate in activities that enhance their well-being and quality of life
• Collaborate with team members to develop new activity ideas tailored to residents’ interests and needs
• Ensure the safety and comfort of residents during activities and outings
• Maintain activity supplies and ensure the activity area is clean and inviting Skills and Qualifications:
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with seniors and enhancing their daily experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creativity and ability to develop engaging activity plans
• Reliable and committed to working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am to 5 pm)
• Previous experience in recreational therapy, activities, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
