Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and record residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Foster a warm, respectful, and engaging atmosphere for seniors
• Comply with all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards Skills and Qualifications:
• Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Medical Technician (Med Tech), or relevant care staff qualification
• Prior experience working with seniors in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
