Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Monitor and document residents' conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Foster a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for residents
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the care environment Skills and Qualifications:
• Prior experience in caregiving or a related healthcare field preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards residents
• Ability to work weekends, specifically both Saturday and Sunday
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols
