Key responsibilities

will include underwriting potential acquisition and development opportunities; conducting operator/client credit analysis; reviewing and analyzing business plans, management teams, budgets, and financial statements at both the company-wide and individual property or portfolio levels; participating in monthly and quarterly meetings with operators; leading annual budgeting and ongoing monitoring of real estate portfolios, and visiting communities.

The Investment Team is at the forefront of the business’s growth and is responsible for all new investments, from initial valuation and deal structuring through detailed due diligence and closing, including seniors housing and age-restricted multifamily projects, among others.
