Lead ERP HRMS

Core Technical expertise:

• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and core coding principles.
• Extensive hands on experience in designing and developing enterprise grade applications using Java and Java EE platforms.
• Deep understanding of Java/JEE internals, including class loading, memory management, transaction management, and JVM performance concepts.
• Solid exposure to software design patterns and best practice architecture principles.
• Proficient in Java, Multithreading, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful Web Services, SQL, and distributed system patterns.
• Strong working knowledge of Kafka, ELK Stack, and related open source technologies.
• Experience documenting and presenting technical solutions using flowcharts, architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, HLD, LLD and release note etc.
• Strong experience with relational databases and advanced SQL queries.
• Good to have NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, PostgreSQL, YugabyteDB, KeyDB, and related distributed storage systems. Frameworks & Development Practices
• Hands-on experience working with Spring, Reactive Programming frameworks, and event-driven architectures.
• Exposure to TDD (Test-Driven Development) with practical implementation in real projects.
• Familiarity with open-source tools and integration best practices.
