What You'll Do

Welcome customers and create a positive first impression when they arrive. Answer and route incoming calls quickly and accurately. Connect customers with the appropriate sales, service, or dealership team member. Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up. Assist customers with general questions and help direct them throughout the dealership.

Keep the reception area and showroom organized, clean, and welcoming. Support the dealership team with basic administrative and front-desk tasks as needed.

What You'll Bring

1+ years of customer service, receptionist, administrative, or other customer-facing experience Experience answering multi-line phones and directing a high volume of calls 1+ years of experienece using computers and common office programs to complete daily tasks. 1+ years of experience with managing customer requests.
