• Ongoing PATIENT INFORMATION Average Daily Volume: 7 patients/day Admissions: 1 Rounding: Both Phone Consults: 0.25 FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Cerner and Athena Support Staff: RNs: 7, Office Staff: 2 PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: No Temporary Privileges Available: No REQUIRED PROCEDURES Required: Non-Invasive Ventilation Management (neo-puff) Ventilation Management (Newborn) Acute Intubation (ETT/NT) Newborn UVC UAC Needle pneumothorax Decompression Preferred: Chest tube insertion Suturing minor lacerations Circumcision (type) JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: Board Eligible (BE) required Licenses: Licensed in OK Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, ABLS Fellowship: Required Duties & Responsibilities Provide on-call coverage for pediatric inpatients, responding to calls within 30 minutes Assess and manage acute neonatal and pediatric conditions, including intubation, ventilation, and decompression procedures Perform newborn evaluations, UVC/UAC placement, and circumcisions as clinically indicated Coordinate with nursing and office staff to ensure timely patient care and documentation Maintain accurate records in Cerner and Athena EMR systems
