Director of Talent Acquisition and Compensation - Human Resources - Springfield

HCRS is seeking a strategic and collaborative Director of Talent Acquisition and Compensation lead organization-wide recruitment and compensation initiatives. This role will partner with HCRS leaders to anticipate workforce needs, strengthen talent pipelines, improve recruitment practices, and ensure an equitable and candidate-centered hiring experience.

Our ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Human Resources (Bachelor's considered) or a related field plus 7 years of relevant HR experience and 3 years in a leadership position. Experience recruiting healthcare, behavioral health, or other difficult-to-fill professionals is preferred. Range: $120-130k.
