Director of Nursing Services - Springfield (INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY)

HCRS is seeking a full time Director of Nursing to join our team. The Nursing Director provides strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for nursing services across the agency’s mental health and substance use, crisis, residential, and developmental services programs. The Nursing Director ensures that nursing services are safe, accessible, person-centered, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and responsive to the complex behavioral and physical health needs of the individuals served.

Master's degree in nursing preferred or Bachelor's degree with 3 years of leadership experience. The pay for this position is between $135,000-$145,000 annually. This position is open to internal applicants only.
