Senior Executive Marketing/Sales

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Generate new business opportunities and develop new customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order follow-up.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Quality, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and sales performance reports.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Support management in expanding the company’s market presence.

Requirements

8–12 Years Industry Preference: Candidates from Tractor, Agricultural Equipment, Automotive, or Wheel Manufacturing companies will be preferred, particularly candidates with experience in wheel sales, OEM sales, and B2B business development.
