Proofpoint & Abnormal AI Tool Administrator Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Experience: 2–4 Years Employment Type: Fulltime Shift Timings: Rotational Salary: 10 LPA Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Proofpoint & Abnormal AI Tool Administrator to join our Cloud Security & Identity team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in enterprise email security platforms, with strong knowledge of Proofpoint and Abnormal AI, and proven experience in email threat detection, incident response, and secure mail flow management.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and optimize Proofpoint and Abnormal AI platforms. Lead investigations into phishing, BEC, spoofing, and other email-based attacks. Manage Microsoft 365 Exchange Online, mail routing, and secure email architecture. Integrate email security solutions with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and ticketing platforms.

Implement and tune security policies to enhance detection accuracy. Drive automation initiatives using Power. Shell, Python, or REST APIs. Collaborate with SOC, IR, IAM, and Infrastructure teams to strengthen security posture. Mentor junior engineers and lead cross-functional initiatives. Support compliance, audit, and risk assessment activities.

Mandatory Skills Proofpoint Email Protection (TAP, URL Defense, Attachment Defense, Email Fraud Defense, Threat Response) Abnormal AI (advanced phishing, impersonation, vendor fraud, insider threats, account compromise) Microsoft 365 Exchange Online administration Email security protocols: SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, TLS Incident response & threat hunting Automation with Power.

Shell/Python/APIs Qualifications B.E. degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in email security administration. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Interview Process L2 Interview: Face-to-Face Work Preference Hybrid (Bangalore)
