Seasonal Dishwasher Compensation & Incentives $250 Signing Bonus Stay Bonus Program 30-60-90 Day Stay Bonuses Available Position Summary Spring Brook Country Club is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Seasonal Dishwashers. This position plays a vital role in supporting the overall dining operation by ensuring all kitchen equipment, dishes, glassware, utensils, and service items are cleaned, sanitized, and readily available for service.

Dishwashers work closely with the culinary and service teams to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient back-of-house environment while helping deliver an exceptional member experience.

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years of age. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently. Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish room and kitchen work areas. Remove trash and recycling as needed. Assist with general kitchen cleaning and closing duties. Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment.

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Support kitchen and service staff as needed during busy service periods.
