Material Handler - 2nd Shift Only

Material Handler – 2nd Shift Only (Temp-to-Perm) Location: Fort Smith Pay: $19.00 per hour Schedule: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM, Monday–Thursday Overtime on Fridays as needed. Overtime will be mandatory when required. This is a permanent 2nd shift position. There is no option to transfer to 1st shift. Do not apply if you are not able to commit to this schedule.

Position Summary

Responsibilities

Move, stage, and transport materials throughout the facility Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently Maintain accurate inventory documentation Follow all safety policies and production standards Meet productivity expectations in a deadline-driven environment Requirements – No Exceptions High School Diploma or GED Verifiable material handling experience Stable, long-term work history (job hopping will not be considered) Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attendance record and punctuality Must commit to 2nd shift permanently Reliable transportation required (no carpooling) Must pass background check and drug screen High School Diploma or GED Verifiable material handling experience Stable, long-term work history (job hopping will not be considered) Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attendance record and punctuality Must commit to 2nd shift permanently Reliable transportation required (no carpooling) Must pass background check and drug screen
