As we expand across the Middle East, we are looking for an HR Business Partner who can build a strong regional people function while ensuring seamless HR operations, regulatory compliance and employee experience across markets.

The Role

This is a hands-on, multi-faceted HR role requiring a strong understanding of local employment regulations, immigration, employee lifecycle management and HR business partnering. You will work closely with business leaders to support regional expansion, manage complex HR requirements across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and build scalable people practices that enable the business to move with speed.

What You Will Own

HR Business Partnership: Partner with business leaders to translate business priorities into people plans, support workforce requirements and strengthen organisational effectiveness across the region.

Employment Lifecycle Management: Oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding and employment documentation to employee relations, exits and offboarding, ensuring compliance at every stage.

Immigration & Visa Management: Manage work permits, employment visas, sponsorships, renewals and related documentation for local and international employees.

Labour Law & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local employment laws and regulations, particularly across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, including hiring, termination and employee documentation requirements.

HR Operations & Benefits: Oversee HR operations, employee insurance and benefits administration, working closely with external vendors to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance.

Government Relations & Licensing: Coordinate government liaison requirements, PRO services, business and employment-related licences, and other regulatory formalities across markets.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage external partners across immigration, insurance, PRO services and HR operations, ensuring timely execution and resolution of issues.

People & Culture: Support talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement and retention while fostering a high-performance culture across the region.

What We Are Looking For

Experience in HR business partnering or HR operations within the Middle East, preferably across both the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Strong working knowledge of local labour laws, visa sponsorship, immigration processes, employee insurance and employment compliance.

Hands-on experience managing the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee documentation and exits.

Experience coordinating with government authorities, PRO service providers and external vendors on licences, permits and regulatory requirements.

Ability to navigate the different regulatory environments across Middle Eastern markets while ensuring accuracy, compliance and speed of execution.

A versatile, resourceful professional comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, evolving business.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Arabic proficiency is an advantage; English proficiency is essential.
