Operations Supervisor

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the Access & Reimbursement team while serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), Client Liaison, Trainer, and Quality Auditor. This role provides operational leadership and guidance to specialists managing Benefits Investigations (BI), Prior Authorizations (PA), Gap Exceptions, Referrals, and reimbursement-related activities.

The supervisor serves as the primary escalation point for complex cases, supports client relationships, drives process excellence, and ensures quality, productivity, and service level expectations are achieved.
