Sr. IT Manager

The Senior Manager is responsible for leading and managing DME’s IT Infrastructure, ensuring the availability, performance, and security of all systems supporting BPO operations. This role oversees the cloud and on-prem infrastructure, server and endpoint management, patching operations, technical escalations, and lifecycle management of general IT services.

The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to deliver reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient IT services.
