Operations Supervisor | Insurance Verification

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading the Insurance Verification (IV) and Prior Authorization (PA) teams, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of work that supports the overall Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process. This role supports a client specializing in a wide range of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and healthcare products, including Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) devices, Diabetes Testing Supplies, Oral Nutrition products, Urology and Catheter Supplies, Breast Pumps, Incontinence Supplies, and Thickeners. The position serves as a dedicated full-time resource under client direction and functions as the immediate supervisor and primary people leader for assigned team members.
