Company: Home Instead Sheffield & Barnsley Location: Sheffield S6 Salary: £13.00 – £13.50 per hour + Mileage Potential to increase up to £15 per hour with specialist packages and enhanced skills. At Home Instead, we believe care should never be rushed. We are also excited to be launching a new specialist Learning Disabilities & Complex Care package supporting a young man living with an acquired brain injury, epilepsy, learning disabilities, and complex mobility needs in the S6 area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for Care Professionals wanting to develop specialist clinical and complex care skills whilst making a genuine difference to somebody’s quality of life. Specialist S6 Package Shift Pattern: 🕗 Monday – Friday: 7am – 6pm 🌙 Overnight respite support throughout the year: 8:30pm – 7am (2:1 support as required by the family) The client attends: Burton Street Foundation – 3 days per week The Alive Project – 2 days per week Support Includes: Monitoring seizures and administering buccal medication when required Moving, handling, and safe transfers following seizures Personal care, hydration, and nutritional support Supporting attendance at day services (transport provided) Supporting with warm water therapy sessions at The Alive Project Providing reassurance and consistency within the family home Full specialist training will be provided.
