Players Club Representative

SUMMARY: A Players Club Representative is dedicated to serving the guests of Red Earth Casino at the Players Club, and on the gaming floor. The Players Club Representative provides the impression and reality of the best possible service by performing the following duties: Job Requirements: Performs liaison tasks by receiving and appropriately directing internal and external guests and callers.

Provides specific and general departmental information regarding the casino. Facilitates access to information, responds to written materials, and makes appropriate referrals to disseminate information. Provides high quality customer service and hospitality in the execution of these tasks and responsibilities. Provides specialized services to tour groups, lodge groups, and VIP guests.

Prepares for the arrival of, and greets daily bus shuttles, charters, tour, and non bus groups. Provides tours for casino guests as needed. Builds and promotes Players Club memberships. Enters all new Players Club memberships, and data entry for complimentary authorization points. Redeems Players Club points for casino merchandise, lodging and other casino services.

Researches, compiles, and prepares data for reports; assists with special projects. Participates in casino promotions, such as tournaments. Promotes and carries out Players Club promotions and events. Provides feedback and assists as needed for each promotion and event. Makes daily announcements, via intercom system, to promote the current months’ events.

All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

High School Diploma/GED required. Must have basic computer and customer service skills.
