Scrum Master Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad Work Preference: Hybrid – 3 days WFO Employment Type: Full‑Time Budget: Up to INR 25 LPA Notice Period: Immediate Joiners only Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery for digital and technology initiatives in a fast‑paced airline environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong execution mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven success working with cross‑functional product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning. Remove delivery impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies. Coordinate with business, technology, QA, and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery. Track sprint progress, delivery metrics, and provide clear executive‑level status reporting.

Foster collaboration across cross‑functional teams while maintaining delivery focus. Constructively challenge teams and vendors to improve execution and delivery outcomes. Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across the team.

Required Skills

& Experience 8+ years of IT experience with 6+ years as a Scrum Master. Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks, backlog management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery governance. Excellent ownership, execution, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.

Experience working with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders. Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence. Preferred: Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). Interview Process & Mode Initial Rounds: Virtual interviews via Teams/Zoom/Google Meet. Final Round: May be conducted online or in‑person at the nearest office (Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad), depending on candidate location and availability.

Process Flow: Screening → Technical/Agile assessment → Stakeholder/Managerial round → HR/Offer discussion.
