Senior Patient Service Associate

Job Roles & Responsibilities Register pre-admission visits, emergency attendances, day surgeries and admissions. Perform financial counselling, including Means Testing, verification of hospitalization benefit and obtaining letter of guarantee. Perform data entry of services and billing. Collect payment and reconcile collections.

Perform listing and rescheduling of procedures, as well as coordination works between stakeholders. Contact patients for pre-admission preparation and bed availability matters, as well as handle incoming phone calls. Register RFID tag for every admission and maintain RFID tags inventory. Receive and release patients’ safekeeping properties.

Perform death registration. Handle general enquiries of patient location and directions at the counters. Support in improvement projects and system implementations.

Requirements

Job Requirements Candidate must have 4 years experience in relevant field Diploma in any discipline/ GCE 'A'/'O' Level/ Higher NITEC in Business Studies/ NITEC in Service Skills Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment A team player with good interpersonal communication skills Experience in frontline customer service is preferred Proficiency in computer application
