Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a crew to deliver outstanding guest service during each shift
• Make quick, informed decisions to address guest needs and resolve issues promptly
• Perform expo duties during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
• Direct staff where they are needed most to maintain a seamless guest experience
• Lead by example in appearance, attitude, and work ethic
• Enforce cash handling procedures and complete daily closeouts accurately
• Secure the building at night, ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Follow up with team members to hold them accountable and support their development
• Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to ensure clarity and teamwork
• Uphold personal appearance standards and company policies consistently
• Accept feedback professionally and use it as an opportunity for growth
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity at all times Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced service or hospitality environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of cash handling and daily closing procedures
• Trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility and security awareness

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
