Consultant, Transition Operations

Support new partner offices through the transition process and serve as a primary operational contact throughout the transition period. Coordinate operational activities, prepare and review account paperwork, and track progress to ensure transition responsibilities are completed accurately and on time. Provide training and guidance on operational processes, technology, and tools used during the transition.

Partner with advisors, their staff, internal departments, and custodians to identify and resolve issues. Contribute to an efficient, consistent onboarding experience through responsive service and process improvement.
