HR Technology Lead

Lead the strategy, optimization, and ongoing evolution of HR technology to support business growth and effective people practices. Own the HR technology roadmap, vendor relationships, integrations, and automation initiatives that improve processes and employee and manager experiences. Translate business needs into scalable solutions that expand self-service, reduce administrative work, and strengthen workforce reporting.

Maintain system functionality, data integrity, and governance across HR platforms. Provide technology expertise to Independent Channel firms through HR Shared Services, including technology assessments, vendor selection, and implementation support.
