Relationship Manager – Secured Lending

Job Duty Develop and maintain relationships with SME clients to understand their business needs and financial requirements Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessment of potential borrowers to determine creditworthiness Structure and present secured lending proposals tailored to meet the specific needs of SME clients Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as credit analysts and underwriters, to ensure timely processing and approval of loan applications Monitor the performance of existing loan portfolios, conduct regular reviews, and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate risks Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes that may impact SME lending activities Provide exceptional customer service and support to SME clients throughout the loan application and servicing process Job requirements 3 year sales experience on Banking or Financial company lending product Basic KYC knowledge on SME is preferable but not mandatory Matriculated or above Positive working attitude, Energetic, Result-oriented and self-motivated Strong drive to success and adaptive to work in a fast moving environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Interested candidates, please send your detailed resume with contact telephone number, earliest availability date, current and expected salary via "Apply Now".
