- MRO Operations 📍 WORK LOCATION Headquarters / Aviation Maintenance Operations 🕒 JOB TYPE Full-Time ✈️ INDUSTRY Aviation MRO / Aircraft Maintenance ABOUT THE ROLE Xtreme Aviation is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Stock Room Clerk to support our aircraft maintenance and MRO operations. This position plays an important role in ensuring that aircraft parts, tools, materials, and supplies are properly received, stored, controlled, issued, and documented so that our maintenance teams have the materials they need to complete their work. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of practical experience in stockroom, warehouse, inventory, materials, shipping/receiving, or a related field, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced aviation environment. Aviation MRO, aircraft parts, or aircraft maintenance environment experience is highly relevant to this position. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Inventory & Materials Control Process material movement requests accurately and on time. Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records. Perform cycle counts and identify inventory discrepancies. Maintain current shelf-life information for stockroom materials. Monitor and report shortages of aircraft parts and materials needed for maintenance. Maintain an organized and controlled stockroom. Tools & Equipment Control Issue approved parts, tools, and materials to authorized maintenance personnel. Maintain accurate records of tools and materials issued and returned. Generate Lost Tool Reports when tools are not returned. Inspect tools to ensure they are safe and serviceable. Maintain control of broken or damaged tools. Maintain inspection and calibration records for tools requiring calibration. Aircraft Parts & Receiving Identify, tag, and segregate parts or materials that do not meet applicable quality requirements. Inspect aircraft parts, supplies, and equipment received from vendors for accuracy and completeness. Fulfill requests for aircraft parts required by Xtreme Aviation. Package and properly document parts shipments to customers and vendors. : WHAT YOU NEED 🔴 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in stockroom, warehouse, inventory, materials, or a related position. Previous experience with inventory control, stocking, shipping/receiving, or materials management. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Basic computer proficiency, including: Word processing Inventory spreadsheets Email Knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and stocking practices. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work. Ability to manage multiple assignments while priorities change. Dependable attendance and commitment to completing assigned responsibilities. ✈️ AVIATION / MRO EXPERIENCE Candidates with experience in an aviation MRO, aircraft maintenance, aircraft parts, or aviation stockroom environment are strongly preferred. Experience handling aircraft parts, maintenance materials, tools, shelf-life items, calibrated tools, and controlled inventory will be highly valuable in this position. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without mechanical assistance. Ability to bend, twist, squat, and lift. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to access aircraft maintenance areas and hangar facilities. Ability to work around high levels of noise. Ability to work through temperature changes and outdoor conditions when required.
