  • Aviation MRO 📍 WORK LOCATION Opa-locka, FL 33054 — On-Site 🕒 JOB TYPE Full-Time ✈️ INDUSTRY Aviation MRO / Aircraft Maintenance ABOUT THE ROLE Xtreme Aviation LLC is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Materials / Toolroom Associate to support daily operations within our aircraft maintenance facility. This position plays an important role in ensuring that tools, aircraft parts, and maintenance materials are properly received, stored, tracked, and made available to authorized maintenance personnel. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory, warehouse, materials, or toolroom operations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced aviation environment. Strong attention to detail is essential because accurate inventory and tool control directly support aircraft maintenance operations, safety, and compliance. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 🔧 Toolroom & Tool Control Issue, receive, and track tools and equipment used by maintenance personnel. Maintain accurate records of tools issued and returned. Perform routine toolroom inventory inspections and audits. Ensure tools are properly calibrated, labeled, and stored. Maintain an organized system for tool control and availability. Report missing, damaged, or improperly stored tools as needed. 📦 Materials & Inventory Maintain accurate inventory records for tools, parts, and maintenance materials. Monitor inventory levels and identify materials that need to be reordered. Coordinate the reordering of materials as needed. Receive, inspect, and properly stock incoming shipments. Ensure materials are properly stored and readily available for maintenance activities. Support maintenance personnel with material requests in a timely manner. 🏢 Toolroom Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant toolroom environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Maintain accurate documentation related to tools, inventory, and materials. Communicate inventory or toolroom concerns to the appropriate personnel. Work closely with the maintenance team to support daily aircraft maintenance activities. : WHAT YOU NEED 🔴 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent — REQUIRED. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced maintenance environment. Basic computer skills and ability to work with inventory systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to maintain accurate inventory and tool records. Ability to follow established procedures and company safety requirements. Ability to communicate effectively with maintenance personnel and team members. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. 📦 EXPERIENCE Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, materials, or toolroom operations is preferred. Experience working with aviation parts and tooling is preferred. Aviation experience is a plus, particularly experience supporting aircraft maintenance operations. WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT We are especially interested in candidates with: Aviation MRO or aircraft maintenance experience Experience working with aircraft parts and tooling Previous toolroom experience Experience with inventory control systems Experience issuing and tracking tools and equipment Knowledge of tool calibration and labeling Experience receiving, inspecting, and stocking materials Strong inventory accuracy and organizational skills Ability to work closely with aircraft maintenance personnel Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable and self-motivated work ethic Ability to identify problems and take appropriate action. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive inventory, stocking, and toolroom activities.
