We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain clean, sanitary, and comfortable employee sleeping quarters at our Midland location.

The ideal candidate will have housekeeping experience, understand proper cleaning procedures, and be able to work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain assigned employee sleeping quarters. Transport cleaning supplies using wheeled carts or by hand as needed. Prepare and use cleaning solutions according to product specifications and safety instructions. Safely operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning products to prevent damage to furniture, fixtures, and other property.

Perform general housekeeping duties, including: Laundry and linen replacement. Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors. Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures. Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other surfaces. Scouring and sanitizing bathrooms. Making beds and replacing linens as needed. Complete and submit daily paperwork documenting work completed, SCRI item inventory, room conditions, room occupancy, and any areas of concern.

Report maintenance needs, damages, or other issues to the supervisor. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Terminal Manager.

Qualifications

and Requirements Previous housekeeping experience required. Ability to speak, read, and write English well enough to follow instructions, complete required paperwork, and communicate effectively with supervisors and employees. Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, supplies, and equipment, or the ability to learn and apply appropriate procedures.

Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and operate cleaning equipment according to established instructions. Ability to perform the essential duties of the position throughout a full work shift. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Local to the Midland area. Previous experience cleaning employee accommodations, sleeping quarters, or similar facilities. At Rela.
