Product Manager, Retail Banking

• Independently drive the planning and iteration of retail products (covering Deposits, Payments, Foreign Exchange, Cross-border services, etc.), managing the full lifecycle from requirement discovery to launch and go-live. • Deeply understand user needs and business objectives; produce high-quality product proposals, PRDs, and prototypes; facilitate efficient collaboration across Design, Development, QA, and Operations teams. • Adopt a data-driven decision-making approach—continuously monitor core product metrics, and leverage A/B testing, user research, and other methods to optimise product experience and business outcomes. • Work closely with internal support functions including Compliance, Risk Management, and Finance to drive product innovation and rapid delivery within the regulatory framework.

• 3+ years of product management experience in Internet, Fintech, or Payment industries, with a proven track record of end-to-end delivery on C side retail product projects. • Strong learning agility—able to quickly grasp new business domains and chart clear paths amid uncertainty. • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills—capable of driving complex projects, aligning multiple stakeholders, and ensuring efficient execution. • Logical mindset with strong data sensitivity—able to validate hypotheses and drive product decisions with data. • High sense of ownership and results-orientation—proactive in problem-solving without rigid boundaries. Nice-to-Haves • Hands-on experience in AI application (e.g., AI assistants, AI-driven operational tools), and a solid understanding of AI technology’s use cases and boundaries in financial scenarios. • Familiarity with Hong Kong’s financial regulatory environment; experience in building products from 0 to 1. • Good written and spoken English, with the ability to thrive in an international, multi-cultural team environment.
