Job Address: 20611 Euclid Ave Cleveland, OH 44117 Full Time Shift: 3 12 shifts plus every other weekend rotation. Follows hospital policy for medication administration and transcribes/administers physician orders accurately. Delivers quality nursing care, ensuring treatment plan goals are executed, and documents patient progress. Interacts with patients and groups, enhancing communication and upholding patient rights. Monitors detox protocols and communicates patient responses to the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team.

Orientates patients/families to the program, preserves confidentiality.

Education

Completion of an accredited practical nursing program or relevant state licensure Open to New Grad. Must be 21yrs or older. License: Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing.
