Commercial Estimator

Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years is seeking an experienced Commercial Estimator/Project Manager to join our team based out of Chantilly, Virginia. Job duties to include, but are not limited to: Reviewing the project’s scope of work Access building plans and specs Compile costs and create proposals Communicating with clients throughout the bid process Utilizing Salesforce for all aspects of project Requirements: 5+ years commercial construction estimating or equivalent combination of work experience or education.

Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to commute to the office daily. Ability to work at a desktop computer. This position is full-time, exempt. Hours for this position are in-office, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm Compensation: This position is a base plus commission.

The minimum compensation for this position is $70,000.00 per year. The maximum compensation for this position is $150,000.00 per year.
