CNC Operator

CNC Operator Location: Roscoe, IL 61073 Job Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Roscoe, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC machinery according to job specifications and safety guidelines. Load and unload materials and parts from machines efficiently and safely. Perform precise measurements using micrometers and other measuring tools to ensure product quality. Apply shop math skills to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Complete accurate paperwork related to production and quality control. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including routine cleaning of machines and tools.

Required Skills

Proficient in measuring techniques and use of micrometers. Strong understanding of shop math and ability to read technical drawings. Experience in loading and unloading CNC machinery. Ability to operate CNC machines safely and efficiently. Attention to detail for cycle counts and accurate paperwork. Good organizational skills and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar manufacturing role preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills.
