The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating gear shaping machines, ensuring precision and quality in every part produced.

Key Responsibilities

Load and unload gear shaping machines efficiently and safely. Measure parts using calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications. Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate production records. Complete necessary paperwork related to production and quality control. Maintain attention to detail to identify defects or inconsistencies in parts.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Required Skills

Experience operating gear shaping CNC machines. Proficient in measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Ability to perform cycle counts and maintain accurate documentation. Good organizational and paperwork skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a CNC Operator, preferably with gear shaping machines. Basic understanding of machining processes and safety standards. High school diploma or equivalent.
