Footwear Costing Manager

Reporting to the Director of Costing & Business Operations, this position will contribute to Genesco Brands Group footwear costing process, leading seasonal product costing. The Costing Manager will also collect and validate costing from suppliers and collaborate with Product Development to achieve seasonal gross margin targets.

Must have an excellent sense of numbers, strong analytical traits, and a working knowledge of Excel is required. This role will interact directly with key factory partners, and a high level of negotiating skill will be needed, as well as an understanding of geographic and cultural differences.
