Key Responsibilities
Prepare, mix, knead, and bake a variety of bread and baked goods Monitor fermentation, proofing, and baking processes Maintain product quality, consistency, and presentation Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance Manage stock and assist with ingredient ordering Work efficiently within a team to meet production targets Requirements Relevant qualification in baking or at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a commercial bakery environment Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, proofing, and baking techniques Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in high-volume production Excellent time management skills with the ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and in fast-paced settings Strong attention to detail, hygiene standards, and ability to work effectively within a team Benefits Competitive salary package ($70,000 – $80,000) plus superannuation Stable, full-time employment with consistent working hours Supportive team environment with on-the-job training and development Opportunities for career growth within established bakery businesses Staff discounts and a positive workplace culture focused on quality and teamwork Apply Now Submit your resume to join our team.
