R Youth Athletic Instructor

The Youth Recreation Instructor plans, organizes, and leads recreational, educational, and enrichment activities for youth in a safe, positive, and inclusive environment. This role encourages physical activity, social development, teamwork, and personal growth through engaging programs, games, sports, arts, and special events.

The instructor serves as a positive role model, ensures participant safety, maintains program equipment and facilities, and communicates effectively with participants, parents, and staff to deliver high-quality recreation experiences.
