- Patient Demographics: Premature & critically ill newborns
- Patient Volume: 30 daily
- Admissions: 450 (annual; NICU)
- Rounding included: Yes
- Phone Consults: As Needed
- Case Mix: High-acuity NICU & advanced neonatal therapies FACILITY INFORMATION
- No of Beds: 49-bed Level III-B NICU - 15-bed Level III-A NICU, growing Level II NICU, and Well-Baby Units
- Support Staff: BC Neonatologists and 24/7 NNPs support
- Telehealth-supported neonatal coverage model REQUIRED PROCEDURES/DUTIES
- Inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
- High-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV)
- High-frequency jet ventilation (HFJV)
- Therapeutic hypothermia
- Management of ELGAN infants including 22-week gestation neonates JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Active MO License
- BC/BE
- DEA
- Clean Record (highly preferred)
