Assistant Residential Community Manager Location: St. Charles, IL Job Description Join our vibrant team in St. Charles, IL, as an Assistant Residential Community Manager. If you are passionate about creating a welcoming community, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, assisting with leasing, building strong resident relationships, and coordinating maintenance to ensure every resident enjoys a positive living experience.

The pay range for this position is $22 to $26/hr. Pay is commensurate with experience, plus commissions and quarterly bonus eligibility.

Support leasing activities, including showing units, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements Demonstrated initiative, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns. Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs, including furniture delivery and pick up Help enforce community policies and procedures to maintain a safe and pleasant environment Assist with rent collection, account management, and the issuance of 5-day notices Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed Support community events and resident engagement initiatives.

Comply with industry legal requirements related to all Fair Housing laws Perform other tasks as assigned by the Community Manager and the Vice President of Operations Qualifications At least three years of experience in a fast-paced residential community Knowledge of effective marketing, sales and closing techniques Experience with Yardi Voyager, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday.
