What we are looking for

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to join our team in Manila, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SuccessFactors, Payroll, and SAP Hotel Management. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise who can design, implement, and optimise SAP solutions tailored to business needs.

Responsibilities

Design and implement SAP solutions across S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Payroll, and SAP Hotel Management. Lead SAP architecture discussions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility. Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to define and document solution requirements. Provide technical leadership in SAP best practices, integrations, and system optimisations.

Oversee system architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and security. Work closely with developers and functional consultants to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions. Support data migration, testing, and deployment activities. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. Provide expert-level guidance on system performance tuning and troubleshooting.

Requirements

Minimum 8+ years of SAP experience, including solution architecture and design. Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA with a focus on integrations with SuccessFactors, Payroll, and SAP Hotel Management. Experience in SAP cloud solutions and on-premise environments. Hands-on experience in SAP system integration, data migration, and security best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to drive innovation. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
