Inventory Control Specialist

We are in search of a Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, efficient, and reliable inventory management within the Imperial Brady warehouse. This is a physically active position with the majority of time spent on the warehouse floor performing inventory counts, stock checks, and product movement.

The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for maintaining precise inventory records, investigating discrepancies, and supporting smooth warehouse operations. In addition to inventory responsibilities, this role provides secondary support with receiving, stocking, order picking, and other warehouse functions.

Responsibilities Include

Inventory Control (Primary Focus): Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity. Reconcile stock data and investigate discrepancies or variances. Ensure proper product labeling, placement, and rotation. Track and report out-of-stock items or low inventory levels. Update and maintain accurate records in inventory management systems.

Generate and distribute daily/weekly inventory reports.
