Federal Work Study Student Part Time - Science Lab

Sussex County Community College is seeking students for positions associated with the Federal Work Study Program. To be considered for this position, you must be a current SCCC student who has completed the FAFSA and been awarded Federal Work-Study funds. Federal Work-Study is a need-based program, and eligibility is determined by financial need, enrollment status (at least half-time), and maintaining satisfactory academic progress.

Science Lab SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Prep and take down of lab setups for Biology and Chemisty Assisting with maintenance of lab equipment General cleaning and washing glassware Assisting with inventory Office hours Monday – Friday (flexible based on class schedule) ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Lab experience preferred
