Job Description The Gwinnett County Law Department provides legal services to Gwinnett County, including the Board of Commissioners, County Administrator, County departments and offices, and elected officials. The Law Department has an opening for a Deputy County Attorney. The Deputy County Attorney position provides general legal counsel representing the interests of the County, multiple departments and offices, elected officials, boards and authorities in accordance with state and federal laws and the rules of professional conduct.
