Integrated Middle Office Specialist

• Manage daily intersystem reconciliation exceptions across trades, positions, and cash, escalating issues appropriately
• Drive process improvements to strengthen exception management and improve data quality in client submissions
• Execute assigned processes and controls with timely, accurate, and complete delivery to support operational outcomes
• Act as a subject matter expert for team activities and support internal teams and stakeholders
• Partner with trade lifecycle services and regulatory reporting teams to investigate, resolve, and prevent recurring issues
• Produce and maintain daily, weekly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting, responding to cross-functional requests
